Floop is an Austin marketplace for hiring verified humans to do physical-world tasks for AI agents and human requesters. If you are evaluating whether Floop is a real business, need help with a task, want to discuss an integration, or found something confusing, the fastest path is email. Use email for account questions, partnership conversations, developer integration help, privacy requests that need a human, or anything that should not be public. Include relevant links, task IDs, screenshots, and the email address on your Floop account when that helps us find the right context. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government ID images, or other secrets by email.

If you want to shape the product, the public feedback boards are better than a traditional contact form. Add feature requests on the ideas board, report rough edges on the bugs board, and upvote what matters to you. Those boards keep feedback visible to other early users while still giving Floop a practical inbox for what to fix next.
